When will the amount be charged?
You will be charged when the shipment leaves our warehouse.
How much is the delivery charge?
*Free shipping on orders above 150 EUR, EXCEPT from orders from the US, Norway and Greenland.
International orders
Like domestic orders, we strive to ship your international package within 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you place your order before 12 p.m. on weekdays, we strive to ship the same day. Shipping is via GLS Global or DHL Express and the expected delivery time is 3-10 days. The delivery time can take longer for Greenland. The shipping cost for international orders is 10 euros. The price is the same regardless of size and weight. The shipping costs to Norway are 35.00 €, Greenland 40.00 €, and The United States 40$ . The prices for Norway, The United States and Greenland are paid regardless of size, weight, and purchase value.
I live in United Kingdom, can I make an order?We do not ship to United Kingdom.
Can you give me more information about a product?
We try to write as much information about our products as possible - such as size, color and material. If you need additional information, you are welcome to contact us at modstrom@modstrom.com - remember to state the product name of the item you want information about. Then we'll do our best to answer your questions.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your product you can easily return it within 14 days. Simply fill in the return slip and enclose it in the return package.
What should I do, if I have received a faulty item?
If you have found an error on your product please contact us as soon as possible. You will then receive a order number, which you will need, when you send the item back to us. Once we have processed the claim, we will contact you.
Missing an item in your order?
If you are unexpectedly missing an item from your order, please contact our support immediately at support@modstrom.com. If the packaging is broken upon receipt, the email must contain:
- Photos of the broken packaging, where you can clearly see the label from us
- Style name of the missing item
- Order number

Do you have retail stores?
Yes, Modström has stores where you can try and exchange goods from the webshop. You will find Modström concept stores in Aalborg and Aarhus (Denmark).
