Modström was founded in 2004 and the colourful and feminine design soon won over lots of hearts paving the way for Modström to develop into a complete brand concept. The company culture is characterised by passion for fashion, entrepreneurship and hard work, which brings a hands-on female perspective to the fashion industry. With focusing on creating a meaningful business model throughout the supply chain all the way to the girl in the street. The overall mission is not to aim Modström designs at an exclusive crowd, but rather to create a beautiful and easy-to-wear wardrobe relevant to a wide selection of women.
A few facts
Today our Modström team counts more than 20 dedicated individuals with backgrounds in retail, sales, branding and design. All working their magic from our headquarter in Copenhagen. Modström distributes their collections to 400 retailers, who on top of our own Nordic region include Holland, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Southeast Asia. We run our own brand webshop alongside various retail spaces and the Modström flagship store in Aalborg, Denmark, where it all started.

Our collections are best described as 'on trend' with a high level of wearability. Colour is an important ingredient in every collection and prints are something we do really well, if you ask us. Outerwear has always been one of our strongest categories and we continue to add new statement pieces to the existing program each season.
