At Modström, we care deeply about acting responsibly and continuously improving the way we work. As part of our commitment to these principles, it was only natural for us to ensure a longer lifespan for the fashion we create.

How to return your pre-loved Modström styles:
We’ve created a concept that allows you to sell your pre-loved Modström styles back to us. As payment, you’ll receive a voucher to use for your next purchase on our webshop.
If you send in an item originally bought on our webshop, your voucher will be worth 25% of the original purchase price. If your item was purchased through one of our retailers, the voucher value will depend on the type of garment – this is calculated automatically during the submission process. If you have several items, you can register them all in one shipment.

Your voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can only be used once. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or merged with multiple vouchers.

The secondhand selection:
On our Preloved platform, you’ll find a wide selection of popular styles from previous collections. The selection includes items returned by customers who once wore and loved them, as well as repaired claims and sample products – these will be clearly stated on the product page.
When buying secondhand, you can save up to 75% off the original price. Every product has been carefully inspected and cleaned, and prices are set according to condition. Each product’s condition is described on the product page and divided into three categories – Good, Excellent, or As New.

Good (you save 75%): Visibly used but in nice condition. A Modström Preloved product in this category shows signs of wear, such as small stains or fading but remains well-maintained.
Excellent (you save 70%): Used but in very good condition. Only minor signs of wear such as insignificant marks or light pilling.
As New (you save 60%): A Modström Preloved product in this category has no visible defects and looks “as good as new.”

Returns and benefits of buying on our Preloved platform:
We understand that buying secondhand can feel uncertain – concerns about condition and durability are natural. But when you buy secondhand from us, you can shop with confidence. You’ll have the same return rights and warranty as when buying new items. For returns, simply scan the QR code on the shipping label included in your package.
This allows you to send your items back through our return portal.
