If you return any item, your money will be returned within 10 days.
You can also exchange your order or get a full refund in our store in Aalborg; you just must bring your invoice.

14 days cancellation
No purchase is complete until you have received and approved your order, thus you have a full right of cancellation for 14 days after receiving your package. All we require is that the items have not been used - you can of course try them on. Just make sure that tags remain on the clothes – it is just like trying on clothes in a normal store.

Returning items
Remember to always get a receipt from the shipping company when handling over your return package.

Following countries will receive a pre paid return label in their package:
All orders from the above mentioned countries are delivered with a pre-paid return label. If you choose to use this, and the returned item(s) cost less than 150 €, we will charge a return fee of 10 €, which will be deducted from the amount you will have refunded.

If the returned item(s) cost 150 € or more, we offer to pay for the return if the attached return label is used.

Countries with no pre-paid return label
If you order from another country you must pay for the exchange or return yourself; Including any extra payment regarding any handling with the Customs Agency or Bring when the return package crosses the border to Denmark. You can choose the shipping company you want, but always remember to get a receipt when handing over your return package, and a track and trace. You have to send it directly to the warehouse and not a parcel shop.

If you want to exchange your item to another size, please re-order at You can do this right away and ensure that the correct size is in stock and that it will not be sold out in the meantime.

If you want to get your money back for a product, please return your order and we will return the amount to your account within 10 days.
You will receive an email when the money has been transferred to you.

You must pay for the return of goods yourself in case of a cancellation.

For returns from Finland:

Please make sure to choose a shipping company that will deliver the parcel directly to our warehouse address mentioned above. We recommend UPS and DHL.

We will not be able to help you with the returns send to us to a pickup parcel shop.

Did you lose your invoice/Return form?
Please send an email to then we will send you a new one. Please remember to write your invoice number in the email as well.
