How do I exchange?
Do you want to exchange your item to another size please re-order at, within 14 days after you placed your order. You can do this right away and ensure that the correct size is in stock and that it won't be sold out in the meantime.

You will receive your refund as soon as possible after we have received the item. A refund usually takesbetween 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

What do I do if the item is no longer in stock?
If the price for the item has increased, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service with your ordernumber for your reorder, and then we will refund you the difference. Please note that the item in the neworder should be the same model and color as the one in the first order. Only size may vary.

Returning items
Remember to always get a receipt from the shipping company when handing over your return package.

The following counties will receive a pre paid return label in their package:

All orders from the above mentioned countries are delivered with a pre-paid return label. If you choose to use this, and the returned item(s) cost less than 150 €, we will charge a return fee of 10 €, which will be deducted from the amount you will have refunded.

If the returned item(s) cost 150 € or more, we offer to pay for the return if the attached return label is used.

If you order from another country you must pay for the exchange or return it yourself; you can choose the shipping company you want, but always remember to get a receipt when handing over your return package.

You must pay for the return of goods yourself in case of a cancellation.
