Returns – Need to return something?
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more items, you can easily submit a return request/cancel your purchase agreement. This can be done through your customer account, which you can access here.
In your account, you can see an overview of your orders and submit a return request for the item(s) you wish to return. If the right of withdrawal applies to the relevant order, you will receive confirmation that your request has been approved.
Once your request has been approved, you can order a GLS return label through our returns portal. The cost of the return shipment is €10, which will be deducted from your refund.
