Like domestic orders, we strive to ship your international package within 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you place your order before 12 p.m. on weekdays, we strive to ship the same day. Shipping is via GLS Global or DHL express and the expected delivery time is 3-10 days. The delivery time can take longer for Greenland. Shipping cost for international orders is 10 euros. The price is the same regardless of size and weight. The shipping costs to Norway is 35.00 €, Greenland 40.00 € and The United States 40$ . The price for Norway, The United States and Greenland is paid regardless of size, weight and purchase value.

When shipping via GLS Global the expected delivery time is 3-10 working days. Shipping costs are 10 euro for private addresses and for commercial addresses. Shipping cost is 40 € for orders to Norway and Greenland 40.00 €. The price is the same regardless of size, weight and purchase value.

DHL Express - for US customers.
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. The shipping cost is 40 $ regardless of size, weight and purchase value. US customers do not have pre paid return label.
For a purchase of minimum 150 €, we offer free shipping with GLS Parcel Shop / GLS Business.
When delivery GLS is chosen, the package will be delivered to your selected Package Shop. You will receive an e-mail or a text message, when the package can be retrieved. Remember to bring valid a photo ID and the package number received from GLS. Your package will be available in your selected Package Shop for 10 days - subsequently it will be returned to Modström and the transaction is canceled.

Modström has a VOEC number. The VOEC number applies to goods valued at up to NOK 3000. If the value of the goods exceeds this limit, you must follow the normal VAT rules and processes in Norway.
